Sanctioned Countries
R&A will not have any dealings with individuals and / or companies owned, controlled, or acting for or on behalf of, Office Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) targeted countries and / or individuals, groups, and entities, such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers designated under OFAC that are not country specific.

Severability

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
